Early Head Start (EHS) is a federally funded community-based program for low-income families with infants and toddlers and pregnant women. EHS mission is simple to promote healthy prenatal outcomes for pregnant women, enhance the development of very young children, and promote healthy family functioning.
Early Head Start at Children’s Hospital provides services in home through weekly home visits or offered in a child care environment. Enrolled families participate in parent-child focused activities, workshops and trainings. |
